We recently purchased a Pre-owned “ToyotaCertified” 2024 Tacoma from Florence Toyota. When we test drove the vehicle, we noticed the tire pressure light was on. We said something about it and we were told that it had just been serviced and that the light would most likely go off as we drove it home…it just needed some time. Let me start off busting in the dealership itself. I rate as good. However, the Service department/parts department was very disappointing. My skid plate on my 2026 tundra came off after a service with you guys. It took almost 3 months for the item to come in. I found a 2024 Tacoma online at Florence Toyota set up a test drive for a Saturday morning. They were ready to go when I got there. We worked out a deal and I purchased the vehicle that same day. The entire process was super easy in and out in about 2 hours. My salesman Milo was outstanding.
Mike was very accommodating and went over the process before the work was started. The waiting room was comfortable and neat. The work was completed as predicted and checkout was speedy and thorough, all was reviewed and explained.
I went to Florence Toyota to see if I could get a "recall" taken care of. I did not have an appointment but they said if the needed part was in stock, they could take care of it but it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete it. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Overall experience was typical for a car dealership. I interfaced with 3 departments, Sales, Parts and Service, to get the truck as I wanted it. Would have expected someone at FT to coordinate everything but that didn't happen. Appears all departments act independently. Symptomatic of a micro managed operation.
James was very nice explaining the services that was being done to my Highlander. He is an asset to Florence Toyota.
Justin was greati would use him again. And Toyotas are fantastic. Their finance department is great as well

My drive in tire scan differed greatly from the technicians hands on check. Seems like they wanted me just to spend some money. Just like most auto service centers.
We were greeted by several sales associates when we arrived. We asked for Zachary Hughes because we dealt with him a couple months ago when we bought a used car for our granddaughter. He worked very hard to get the car to the amount we would spend on the used car. Zachary was available to assist us again. We are very pleased with Zackery and will recommend him and Toyota to anyone we hear of that is looking for a vehicle. He was so kind and patient.
It was great 5 years ago. The past year it has been getting worse. Today i got charged more than what I was initially quoted for service off of a promo, got charged an added fee on my debit card that should only apply to credit cards, which is ilegal. Car was not left in the serviced vehicle location but parked at the end of the lot (could not find) and the seat was not returned to its place, they left it as if it was for a child driver. Service agent informed me they were going to write my card number down for payment. Absolutely will not be back, I now question the integrity of this company as a whole.
My auto was in for work and was attended to from 10:42 am until 11:36 am for a total of 54 minutes. In this time they performed a multipoint inspection (more than 30 items)(free service)-removed and replaced windshield wipers. They also performed safety recall notice due to fire hazard. I was notified that work started at 10:42 am and finished at 11:36 am with being billed at 1:44 pm. Charged 19.99 per wiper and 14.97 to install. Charged 12.59 for shop supplies. Sales team - EXCELLENT -but- After-Sales ABSOLUTELY dismal - 1. Didn't pay off my trade-in causing my credit rating (WAS over 800) to drop by 125 points 2. Didn't get my new vehicle registered until WELL after the temporary registration ran out - and ONLY after multiple calls to the dealership. 3. I incurred hundreds of dollars in additional insurance costs because I couldn't cancel insurance on trade-in until registration transferred. 4. REFUSED to consider compensating me in ANY way for costs incurred due to their TOTAL IMCOMPETENCE...

I came in having to buy a car since mine died on me. I had an amazing experience with Grady as my sales associate. He helped both me and my boyfriend buy our vehicles. I would like to give a 5 star review because I had an excellent experience with the online salesman. When I arrived to get the car I found it with scratches and dents that were not pictured online. Also found out there was only 1 key and I was not told that upfront. Overall easy buying experience. Drove the car 2 days and the check engine light came on. Been going here for several years for maintenance and they’re always great. They usually have coffee and doughnuts for the customers, and someone always asks how you’re doing and if you need anything. I’ve never had the service department recommend unnecessary maintenance just for money either.
My salesperson Johanna was super nice and will definitely recommend her, Very Impressed with JoHanna, very personable and she made me feel like it wasn’t about getting a sale, although my purchase was her first sale. Go JoHanna!
I was not too bright and ran out of gas on my Rav4 Prime 9 miles before Buc-ee's to fill up. So my car got towed here and they was very nice to get it done ASAP for me, since I was from MASS and driving home from Florida. They got it done and I was on my way. Always trying to sell more service . After having tires rotated my tire sensor came on .Had tires pressure checked but ,still on.

Picked me up at the airport in the Tacoma I was purchasing, walked me through all the features of the truck, filled it up with gas, and even checked on me the next day! I went to Florence Toyota after I had bad experience at another Toyota dealership. I talked to Billy Tisdale to let him know I was interested in buying a Camry, but I was not interested in driving because I was in a car accident the week before. So I came back a couple days to test drive the car. It was a seamless process after that. I would recommend this dealership.

Had a very positive experience getting my vehicle serviced. Ray Kovacsiss (Service Advisor) was courteous, professional, and low pressure in his approach. The oil change was completed within an hour. I did find it interesting that Ray's colleague told me.I needed to wait for my original advisor to handle the checkout; she didn't seem eager to assist me. What if Ray had stepped out or if his shift was over when I returned to pick up the vehicle? It didn't turn out to be an issue because I only waited about 2 minutes for Ray.

However this dealership had to understand that if they keep up their shady practices they will fall. I would not recommend this dealership to any one for any reason, I purchased a extended warranty, The car has been paid in full the bank got all their money. I have a letter stating that the car has been paid in full. I do not like the new setup. My first visit took 2 hours for fluid check and tire rotation, but this last visit took less than an hour to change oil and tire rotation.
We wouldn't hesitate to drive 1.5 hours away from home again in order to purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
