Good service, but was surprised that they were recommending over $2000 of additional maintenance. Needless to say, I did not take them up on performing that service.

I came in having to buy a car since mine died on me. I had an amazing experience with Grady as my sales associate. He helped both me and my boyfriend buy our vehicles. On the downside, management and service ruined the experience for me. The car was delivered to my home filled with stains, melted plastic, and a severe cigarette smell. I would like to give a 5 star review because I had an excellent experience with the online salesman. When I arrived to get the car I found it with scratches and dents that were not pictured online. Also found out there was only 1 key and I was not told that upfront. Overall easy buying experience. Drove the car 2 days and the check engine light came on. Been going here for several years for maintenance and they’re always great. They usually have coffee and doughnuts for the customers, and someone always asks how you’re doing and if you need anything. I’ve never had the service department recommend unnecessary maintenance just for money either.

My salesperson Johanna was super nice and will definitely recommend her, Very Impressed with JoHanna, very personable and she made me feel like it wasn’t about getting a sale, although my purchase was her first sale. Go JoHanna!

I was not too bright and ran out of gas on my Rav4 Prime 9 miles before Buc-ee's to fill up. So my car got towed here and they was very nice to get it done ASAP for me, since I was from MASS and driving home from Florida. They got it done and I was on my way. Very nice staff. from service Advisor Ray and I don't remember the shop foreman's name. Great coffee, too. You guys was great

I went to Florence Toyota after I had bad experience at another Toyota dealership. I talked to Billy Tisdale to let him know I was interested in buying a Camry, but I was not interested in driving because I was in a car accident the week before. So I came back a couple days to test drive the car. It was a seamless process after that. I would recommend this dealership.

Had a very positive experience getting my vehicle serviced. Ray Kovacsiss (Service Advisor) was courteous, professional, and low pressure in his approach. The oil change was completed within an hour. I did find it interesting that Ray's colleague told me.I needed to wait for my original advisor to handle the checkout; she didn't seem eager to assist me. What if Ray had stepped out or if his shift was over when I returned to pick up the vehicle? It didn't turn out to be an issue because I only waited about 2 minutes for Ray.

I do not like the new setup. My first visit took 2 hours for fluid check and tire rotation, but this last visit took less than an hour to change oil and tire rotation.

We wouldn't hesitate to drive 1.5 hours away from home again in order to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. This dealership is exactly why car dealers have shady reputations. Gordon is a coward. Said he would call me right back after I tried to buy a vehicle for 2 days, then never called back. Be a man, Gordo. I reached out to the owner, no call back. Called dealership multiple times over 2 days and each time the people answering the call acted put out that the phone was ringing. If this is their service before the sale, just imagine if you buy from them and have a problem. I will never buy from this place or these people.
