Each year, Toyota Motor Corporation recognizes dealerships that meet high standards of customer satisfaction.  The "President's Award" is presented for overall customer satisfaction excellence not only in the sales department, but also in the service and parts department as well.  The service and parts department are also recognized for their ability to satisfy customers after the sale with the Service Excellence Award.

Florence Toyota  earned the President's Award in 1999, 2000 and 2001!  We are the only dealership East of Greenville, SC that has earned this the latter two years.  Our Service and Parts departments have earned the Excellence Awards every year since 1997!
